When consulting or coordinating projects, the focus is on clarifying two things: What is desired by whom and what can be implemented? This requires on the one hand an understanding of the different needs of different groups and on the other hand a feeling for the feasibility of what is desired.
Extensive experience in accompanying and implementing a wide variety of projects in Germany and abroad as well as my broad academic and vocational training have shaped me. I am happy to contribute these experiences at home and abroad.
