Educational formats follow the principle of constructivist adult education. Here the teacher becomes a learning guide and stimulates the learner through a varied and interactive didactics. This principle already appealed to me more than 20 years ago during my studies of adult education (Dipl. Päd.) and has accompanied me ever since.

Whether in the context of university or vocational training, I follow this didactic principle. The educational formats range from e-learning to classroom teaching in small or large groups.
